Conductors: Made of high-quality copper, which is renowned for its excellent electrical conductivity. This ensures efficient signal transmission with minimal loss. The copper conductors are typically stranded for added flexibility and durability.

Insulation: The insulation material surrounding the conductors is carefully selected to provide electrical isolation and prevent short circuits. It is designed to withstand a wide range of temperatures and environmental conditions.

Shielding: DJYVP cables often feature a shielding layer, which can be in the form of braided copper or foil shielding. This shielding serves a crucial purpose in protecting the signals from external electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI). By minimizing interference, the cable ensures clear and accurate signal  transmission.

Rated voltage: Generally 300/500V. This means that when the cable is in normal operation, the maximum voltage that can be withstood between conductors and between conductors and ground is 300V AC voltage or 500V DC voltage.

Conductor material: Copper conductor is used. Copper has good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, which can ensure efficient signal transmission. The conductor structure is usually in the form of stranded wires, which can increase the flexibility of the cable and facilitate installation and wiring.

Insulation material: Polyethylene (PE) insulation is used. Polyethylene has good electrical insulation performance and chemical stability, and can effectively isolate conductors and prevent current leakage and short circuits.

Shielding structure: This cable has a twisted pair copper wire braided shielding structure. This shielding method can effectively resist external electromagnetic interference and radio frequency interference and ensure the accuracy and stability of signal transmission. Some DJYVP cables may also have a double-layer shielding structure of individual shielding and overall shielding, further improving the shielding effect.

Jacket material: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket. Polyvinyl chloride has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and waterproofness, and can protect the internal structure of the cable from the influence of the external environment.

Temperature grade: The long-term allowable operating temperature is generally 70°C. Within this temperature range, the cable can work normally without problems such as insulation aging and deformation. However, in actual use, the cable should be avoided from being in a high-temperature environment for a long time to avoid affecting its service life.

Specification range: The specification of the cable is usually expressed by the cross-sectional area of the conductor. Common specifications include 0.5mm², 0.75mm², 1.0mm², 1.5mm², etc. Different specifications are suitable for different current loads and transmission distance requirements.

Bending radius: The bending radius of non-armored cables is generally not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable; the bending radius of armored or shielded cables is not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable. During installation and wiring, attention should be paid to comply with the bending radius requirements of the cable to avoid damaging the structure of the cable and affecting its performance.
